He is one of only a few “Qualified General Manager Consultants” approved to assist non-compliant Retirement Homes. His experience as an Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Marketing, and Community Relations Director and his expertise including: policy writing, providing operational audits and guidance, correcting non-compliant inspection reports, and addressing Mandatory Orders, have proven to be most valuable for Retirement Home owners where licenses were at risk.
